Serving as a shipboard officer provided many valuable experiences in working with others that continue to serve him well.

He attended the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, graduating in 1977. The faculty and curriculum at Dickinson stressed the practical application of the law to the lives of families and the businesses of Pennsylvania.

Dave is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all the courts of this commonwealth, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His professional memberships include the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Sections of both associations. Dave is challenged by this concern. In an effort to address this concern on behalf of his clients, he devotes additional time to the field of estate planning. Through continuing legal education and hundreds of hours of reading each year, he endeavors to keep abreast of the newest developments in the estate planning field. And through careful listening in one-on-one meetings, he strives to develop, together with his client, the most appropriate solution for the unique family and business concerns presented.
