Biography
Adam L. Seiferth, Esquire is a native of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Thereafter, Mr. Seiferth enrolled in the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. Since graduation from law school in 2002, Mr. Seiferth has been in private practice, devoted to insurance defense litigation.
Mr. Seiferth is a partner in the liability department of the Harrisburg office. He has litigated cases throughout Central Pennsylvania, including numerous jury trials and arbitrations. He is also admitted in the Middle and Eastern District of the Pennsylvania Federal Courts.
Mr. Seiferth’s practice focuses on the defense of premise liability, auto liability, and general liability claims. He has presented seminars on the Medicare Secondary Payer Act, contractual indemnification and additional insurance provisions, and sovereign and governmental immunity. As part of the Firm’s trucking litigation team, Mr. Seiferth has conducted first response investigations of serious injury and fatal accidents.
Mr. Seiferth resides with his wife and daughter in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.
