Ali N. Goldsmith is Of Counsel in the firm’s Long Island office.  She concentrates her practice in general liability including construction accident cases filed under Labor Law 240, premises liability, product liability, and maritime law matters.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Goldsmith was a solo practitioner for 20 years gaining extensive litigation experience in the areas of criminal and family law.  Ms. Goldsmith has tried several cases to verdict.

Ms. Goldsmith is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Ms. Goldsmith received her B.S., cum laude, from College of Mount Saint Vincent in 1999 and her J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2002.  She is fluent in Spanish.
