Andrea Prinzi Nicholson is a 1999 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University at University Park. While at Penn State, Ms. Nicholson was active in Undergraduate Student Government, as well as Penn State Dance Marathon and Phi Gamma Nu business fraternity. She received two Bachelor’s degrees from Penn State, in Political Science and Administration of Justice, and has a minor in Spanish.

Following her graduation from Penn State, Ms. Nicholson attended Syracuse University College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2002. While at Syracuse, Ms. Nicholson was a Labor Law Moot Court Team member and Executive Editor of the University’s Law & Technology Journal. Ms. Nicholson also held the position of vice-president for the Class of 2002 and Women’s Law Caucus.

After graduating law school, Ms. Nicholson acted as a legal aid advocate in Delaware. She thereafter practiced various aspects of general law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and eventually found her forte practicing Workers’ Compensation defense litigation in 2004. Ms. Nicholson was employed by a large Philadelphia-based insurance defense firm before coming to Cipriani & Werner in 2008. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey and is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations.
