Anthony W. Hinkle, Esquire, graduated from Wabash College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Psychology. Mr. Hinkle then completed a dual degree program in 1987 receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Master of Science Degree from the Carnegie-Mellon University Heinz School.

Mr. Hinkle is the Managing Partner of the Philadelphia/Blue Bell Office of Cipriani & Werner, P.C. He has experience in general insurance liability litigation including product liability, motor vehicle and premises liability matters. He also has devoted a significant part of his practice to employer/employee relations, representing clients in civil rights, ERISA and wrongful termination matters and has significant experience in commercial contract and construction litigation. Mr. Hinkle contributes to the efforts of the Pittsburgh Legal Aid Society.

Mr. Hinkle is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Hinkle and his family reside in Glenside, Pennsylvania.
