Ariell A. Antonio is a 2004 graduate of Louisiana State University and a 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. As an undergraduate, Ms. Antonio was awarded the Black Scholars Award every semester and very engaged in student government. She was elected to serve as College Council Treasurer for the Mass Communication School and also served as an at-large member of College Council. Ms. Antonio received a B.A. in Mass Communication with a Concentration in Journalism and a Minor in Business Administration. While attending law school, Ms. Antonio was a summer associate for two general practice law firms in Pittsburgh. In addition, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Justin M. Johnson, now retired, of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Ms. Antonio was an Associate Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Tax Review. Following law school, Ms. Antonio clerked for the Honorable Judge Patrick R. Tamilia and served as a volunteer law clerk to Judge Sean J. McLaughlin, United States District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Antonio is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Allegheny County Bar Association. Ms. Antonio is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. She concentrates her practice in the area of general litigation including, civil rights, employment litigation and compliance, premises liability, professional negligence, and products liability.
