Carole A. Donahue

Carole A. Donahue is Of Counsel in the firm's Philadelphia office.  With over 20 years of legal experience, she currently focuses her litigation practice on the defense of premises liability, motor vehicle, and construction matters.  She is also an experienced mediator and arbitrator, and frequently serves as a Judge Pro Tempore, and is a former Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Ms. Donahue is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court.  She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Ms. Donahue received her B.A. from Temple University in 1980 and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law, cum laude, in 2002.
