Daniel D. Stofko, Esquire, earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Scranton in 2003. In 2007, Mr. Stofko earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Study in Environmental Law, Science and Policy. He is admitted to practice law in all Pennsylvania courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Lackawanna Bar Association.

Following graduation from law school, Mr. Stofko practiced law in Pittsburgh until June 2009, when he joined the Scranton office of Cipriani & Werner. He concentrates his practice in general insurance defense, civil litigation, municipal liability and premises liability.

Mr. Stofko resides in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania with his wife Kathy and their daughter Keira and their son Daniel.
