Dave Radcliff graduated from Muskingum College in 1970. Following graduation from Muskingum College, Mr. Radcliff served for 4 years as a navy officer during the Vietnam era. Serving as a shipboard officer provided many valuable experiences in working with others that continue to serve him well.

He attended the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, graduating in 1977. The faculty and curriculum at Dickinson stressed the practical application of the law to the lives of families and the businesses of Pennsylvania.

Dave is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all the courts of this commonwealth, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His professional memberships include the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Sections of both associations. He served as Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of the Dauphin County Bar Association and is currently on the Board of the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania, Inc. He is also a member of WealthCounsel, a nationwide collaborative organization of estate planning attorneys.

After 30 years of working in small law firms in central Pennsylvania, Dave recognizes one very real concern shared by all individuals – the desire to provide long-term financial support and guidance for their families in the best way possible. Dave is challenged by this concern. In an effort to address this concern on behalf of his clients, he devotes additional time to the field of estate planning. Through continuing legal education and hundreds of hours of reading each year, he endeavors to keep abreast of the newest developments in the estate planning field. And through careful listening in one-on-one meetings, he strives to develop, together with his client, the most appropriate solution for the unique family and business concerns presented.
