David H. Radcliff graduated magna cum laude from Muskingum College in 1970. After serving in the U.S. Navy for 4 years, Mr. Radcliff graduated cum laude from the Dickinson School of Law in 1977. Following graduation from Muskingum College, Mr. Radcliff served for 4 years as a navy officer during the Vietnam era. Serving as a shipboard officer provided many valuable experiences in working with others that continue to serve him well. The wonderful education provided by the Dickinson School of Law, especially the opportunity to write for the Dickinson Law Review, prepared Mr. Radcliff for practice in Pennsylvania. Mr. Radcliff is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all the courts of this commonwealth, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His professional memberships include the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Sections of both associations. Mr. Radcliff served as Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of the Dauphin County Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. After 20 years of working in small law firms in central Pennsylvania, Mr. Radcliff recognizes (again and again) one very real concern shared by all individuals – the desire to provide long-term financial support and guidance for their families in the best way possible. Mr. Radcliff is challenged by this concern. In an effort to address this concern on behalf of his clients, Mr. Radcliff has devoted additional time to the field of estate planning. Through continuing legal education and hundreds of hours of reading each year, he endeavors to keep abreast of the newest developments in the estate planning field. And through careful listening in one-on-one meetings, he strives to develop, together with his client, the most appropriate solution for the unique family and business concerns presented.
