Dennis P. Cullen is a graduate of Temple University and received his law degree from Widener University School of Law. In addition to holding a license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Mr. Cullen is also licensed in the State of New Jersey and Washington, D.C. Mr. Cullen is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts.

Mr. Cullen practices in Workers’ litigation, primarily on behalf of insurance carriers and their insured’s, as well as self-insured entities. Some of our clients include ACE / ESIS, Allegis Group, Best Buy Company, Inc., Big Lots, Chartis, Coca Cola Enterprises, Inc., Combined Insurance, Crawford & Company, Gallagher Bassett Services Inc., ITT Hartford / Specialty Risk Services, Inc., Land O’Lakes, Sedgwick James Management Services, Inc., Standard Steel, Swift Transportation / M.S. Carriers, West Pharmaceutical Services.

In addition to Workers’ Compensation, Mr. Cullen practices in Estate Planning Group providing comprehensive, highly personalized estate planning services to individuals, families, and business owners. Some planning tools to consider are Wills, Health Care power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney, Living trusts, Life Insurance trusts, Employee Stock Option Plan, Buy Sell Agreement, and Asset Protection Plans, etc.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Cullen was employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania assigned to the Department of Labor and Industry Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.

Mr. Cullen resides with his wife and son in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
