E. Patrick Heffron, Esquire, received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Marywood University, magna cum laude, in 2001, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004. Mr. Heffron also received an Advanced Certificate in Health Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lackawanna County Bar Associations.

Mr. Heffron joined the Scranton office of Cipriani & Werner in August of 2004 and concentrates his practice in general insurance defense, civil litigation, municipal law, motor vehicle litigation, premises liability and dram shop liability.

Mr. Heffron resides in Scranton, Pennsylvania with his wife Lisa and their daughters Katie and Kelly.
