Edward C. Kein is a partner in the firm's Mt. Laurel office. He focuses his practice on litigating complex workers' compensation matters involving the Second Injury Fund for numerous insurance carriers on behalf of insured and self-insured entities throughout the State of New Jersey.
Edward C. Kein is a partner in the firm's Mt. Laurel office. He focuses his practice on litigating complex workers' compensation matters involving the Second Injury Fund for numerous insurance carriers on behalf of insured and self-insured entities throughout the State of New Jersey.
In addition to workers’ compensation, Mr. Kein has extensive appellate experience involving matters before the Appellate Division of New Jersey and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
He is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the State of New Jersey. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Kein received his B.A. in Government and Law from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania in 1994 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 1997.
Mr. Kein, his wife Amber, his daughter Noelle, and his son Zachary reside in central New Jersey.
