Frederick M. Moase, Jr., Esquire received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in History from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania, in 1991. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University School of Law in 1998.

Mr. Moase served as the City of Carbondale’s City Administrator from 1998 until 2003, overseeing the City’s daily operations. Recently, he has been in private general practice. Mr. Moase joined the firm’s Scranton office in September of 2009, and focuses his practice on Worker’s Compensation.

Mr. Moase currently resides in Carbondale with his wife, Mindy, and their two daughters, Madison and Aubrey.
