Hal A. Kestler, Esquire, CPA, is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law and is a member of all Pennsylvania State Courts, the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and various other bar associations. He has an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

After several years of employment with the national public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse focusing on the areas of taxation, accounting and auditing, Mr. Kestler completed approximately six years in the banking industry as Assistant Comptroller of Pittsburgh National Bank. Mr. Kestler focuses on corporate development and operations of various for-profit investments, primarily in the areas of real estate, health care, and retailing.

Mr. Kestler’s practice has evolved into primarily one of corporate, securities, real estate and corporation liability. He resides in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, along with his wife, Mary Ann, and their three children, Kathleen, Geoffrey and Anna.
