Jason A. Orr is a 2001 graduate of the University of Kansas, where he was a member of the University’s Honors Program and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law in 2004.

Following graduation from law school, Mr. Orr served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable J.D. Williamson, Jr., Presiding Judge of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Mr. Orr practiced with a real estate and litigation law firm in Kansas City, Missouri.

Mr. Orr is currently licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Missouri and Kansas and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. His practice in general liability litigation includes cases involving civil rights, municipal liability, employment, premises liability, and products liability.

Mr. Orr resides in the City of Pittsburgh with his wife, Billie.
