Jeffrey M. Olszewski, an Erie, Pennsylvania native, is a 1984 graduate of Penn State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law. Mr. Olszewski received his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1987.

Mr. Olszewski’s practice is composed of litigation on behalf of insurance carriers and their insureds. Mr. Olszewski also regularly represents contractors during all stages of the construction litigation process, including contract evaluation, mediation/arbitration and trial. Mr. Olszewski also handles Workers’ Compensation cases on behalf of employers and their insurance carriers.

Before joining Cipriani & Werner, Mr. Olszewski was an attorney at Tighe, Evan, Schenck & Paras in Pittsburgh where he concentrated his practice in Insurance Defense, Workers’ Compensation, Toxic Tort and Construction litigation. Mr. Olszewski previously created a lawyer related web site. Currently, Mr. Olszewski is a member of the C&W Journal Editorial Board.

Mr. Olszewski is a member of all Pennsylvania State Courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association. Mr. Olszewski resides in Bethel Park with his wife and two daughters.
