Jennifer M. Swistak, Esquire received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1991 and a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in 1995. Licensed in Pennsylvania, Ms. Swistak is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Before joining Cipriani & Werner, P.C. in 2006, Ms. Swistak was an associate with a small law firm for 8 years where her practice concentrated on insurance defense litigation and family law. Ms. Swistak also has experience in the areas of bankruptcy, guardianship proceedings and personal injury.

Ms. Swistak has trial experience in Allegheny County and the surrounding western Pennsylvania counties, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
