Jon Paul DeMarco, Esquire is a 1998 graduate of Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania where he received dual degrees in Economics and Communications. Mr. DeMarco spent several years in the corporate world before receiving his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2008. While attending Widener Law School, Mr. DeMarco clerked for Chief Judge Chandlee Kuhn of the Delaware Family Court. He also interned in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office in the prestigious Summer Law program. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey and is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations.

Before joining Cipriani & Werner, P.C., Mr. DeMarco was an associate at a Philadelphia area firm where he focused his practice on litigation, including workers’ compensation, personal injury, domestic and criminal law.

Mr. DeMarco’s current practice focuses on the representation of employers, insurance carriers and administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation. Mr. DeMarco resides in Royersford, Pennsylvania with his wife, Trish, and daughters, Hannah and Cecilia.
