Judith A. Moses, Esquire, received a nursing degree in 1970, a B.A. in Sociology from Wheeling College in 1977, a M.A. in Sociology from West Virginia University in 1979, and a law degree from Duquesne University in 1987.

Prior to law school, Ms. Moses practiced nursing, and was also employed in the insurance industry as a senior claims representative handling both workers’ compensation and general liability claims.

Ms. Moses’ practice is concentrated in the area of products liability and general litigation, including personal injury, medical and dental malpractice. She is a member of the Allegheny and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and respective civil litigation sections, as well as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute. She is also admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Moses is also licensed to practice law in West Virginia.
