Kevin M. Smith graduated from King’s College, cum laude, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Attorney Smith received his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, cum laude, in 2003. He served on the editorial staff of the Case Western Reserve Law Review. Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Attorney Smith served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Nancy A. Vecchiarelli, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Attorney Smith joined the Scranton office of Cipriani & Werner in July 2007 and concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation law.
