Lewis L. Wolfgang, Esquire, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Susquehanna University in 1995 and attended the Widener University School of Law, graduating in 1998. He is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Wolfgang was employed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania assigned to the Department of Labor and Industry Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board as a law clerk. Mr. Wolfgang wrote decisions for Commissioner William Atkinson. He also served as an attorney with the Pennsylvania Medical Professional Liability Catastrophe Loss Fund.

Mr. Wolfgang’s practice focuses on representing employers in workers’ compensation litigation. Other areas of interest include medical malpractice litigation and general liability and casualty.

Mr. Wolfgang resides in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.
