Biography
As a former partner with Post & Schell, P.C., Ms. Shenk brings over twenty years of state and federal trial experience in defense litigation. She has represented clients in various matters including products liability, professional negligence, pharmacy malpractice, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.
Ms. Shenk is a member of the American Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the American Society of Pharmacy Law. In 2007, Ms. Shenk was named as a Pennsylvania “Superlawyer” as published in the American Lawyer Media and The Philadelphia Magazine. She serves as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
In 2003, she was co-chair of the State Civil Committee for the Philadelphia Bar Association. In that capacity, she was a course planner for the Philadelphia Bar Association State Bench-Bar Conference held in Philadelphia in October of 2003.
She is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Narberth Library.
Ms. Shenk graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1970. She earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979. She earned her law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1984. She is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
