Mark R. Zogby, Esquire, received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Susquehanna University in 1996 and received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1999. Mr. Zogby is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Dauphin County Bar Association. After graduating from law school, Mr. Zogby was employed as a law clerk for the Honorable William Harvey Weist of the Court of Common Pleas, Northumberland County. Following his tenure with Judge Weist, Mr. Zogby worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Medical Care Availability and Reduction of Error Fund formerly known as the Medical Professional Liability Catastrophe Loss Fund. While working at the Fund, Mr. Zogby dealt with complex medical malpractice litigation primarily in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties. Mr. Zogby’s practice focuses on insurance defense and medical malpractice litigation. He also represents employers in worker’s compensation litigation. Other areas of interest include nursing home liability, Dram Shop liability, and construction litigation. Mr. Zogby currently resides in Enola, Pennsylvania.
