Mary Ellen Conroy, Esquire is a 1989 graduate of Drexel University where she received her dual Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management as well as Marketing Management. Ms. Conroy attended Widener University School of Law and received her law degree in 1994. She is admitted in all Pennsylvania State Courts as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mary Ellen has fourteen (14) years experience in Federal and State Courts handling casualty defense litigation, including cases filed under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act.

Attorney Conroy is also a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute; Philadelphia Bar Association; Women in Transportation; Philadelphia Port and Transportation Authority; Association of American Railroad Counsel; National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel; Defense Research Institute; and, she is a member of Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc. Finally, she has been serving as a judge pro-tempro in the First Judicial District of Philadelphia since 2000.
