Melissa S. Jackson is a 2006 graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Journal. She is also a 2003 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Following graduation from law school, Ms. Jackson practiced with a civil defense firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, specializing in workers’ compensation. Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable C. Gus Kwidis, President Civil Judge of the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas in Beaver County, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Jackson is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her current practice is focused on workers’ compensation.

Ms. Jackson resides in the City of Pittsburgh with her fiancé, Christopher.
