Biography
Michael Brady is a 1984 graduate of Wilkes College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. While at Wilkes, he was a member of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society. Following graduation, he attended The University of Bridgeport School of Law. While at Bridgeport, Mr. Brady was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Upon graduation and passing the Pennsylvania Bar in 1987, Attorney Brady clerked for the Honorable Robert J. Conway, President Judge, 62nd Judicial District Common Pleas Court. After completing his Clerkship, Attorney Brady practiced at several Scranton and Wilkes-Barre law firms, focusing his practice on Social Security and Workers’ Compensation litigation from 1988 through 2001. During this period, he joined the law firm of Doughery Leventhal and Price, LLP, becoming a Partner in 1996.
In 2001, Mr. Brady established his own law firm, once again focusing his practice on Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation litigation for both employers and employees. Mr. Brady has lectured for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association on the issue of subrogation under the Workers’ Compensation Act.
Mr. Brady currently resides in Archbald with his wife, Karen, and their five children, Ryan, Morgan, Luke, Elizabeth and Rebecca
