Michael A. Sebastian is a 1987 graduate of the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering. He received a Juris Doctor degree from Widener School of Law in 1991.

Since 1998, he has limited his practice to the area of Workers Compensation Law and the representation of only Insurance Carriers, Self Insured Employers and Third Party Administrators. He has practiced before numerous Workers’ Compensation Judge’s across the Commonwealth. He has practiced before Appeal Board, Commonwealth Court and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

From 1991 through 1998, Attorney Sebastian was in a private general practice, from 1998 through 2006, he was an associate at Weber Gallagher’s Scranton office in the Workers’ Compensation Department. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association; Workers’ Compensation Section and the Lackawanna County Bar Association. He resides in Waverly with his wife Holly and his five children.
