Philip Sbrolla grew up in Miami, Florida and attended Florida State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in 1999. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2002. While in law school he served as a Senior Editor of Jurist, a web-based legal news and research service. He currently sits on Jurist’s Board of Directors. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Sbrolla served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ralph D. Pratt, President Judge of the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas, PA.

Mr. Sbrolla’s practice has been devoted to civil litigation, including civil rights, employment litigation and compliance, premises liability and professional negligence. He represents municipalities and non-profits in civil rights and employment discrimination matters across the state of Pennsylvania before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and federal courts. Mr. Sbrolla is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of West Virginia.
