Biography
Silvia M. Ferri, Esquire is a 1992 graduate of George Washington University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Ms. Ferri obtained her law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1995. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as the District of New Jersey.
In November 2009, Ms. Ferri joined Cipriani & Werner’s Commercial Litigation Department. Before joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Ferri spent over thirteen years at a law firm in Center City Philadelphia where she focused her practice in commercial litigation.
Ms. Ferri continues to concentrate her practice in commercial litigation which encompasses a wide variety of legal matters including: breach of contract cases; collection matters; employment disputes including restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, confidentiality agreements, and wage hour and collection law claims; business torts such as intentional interference with a contract; construction litigation, and legal malpractice cases. In addition, Ms. Ferri has experience in general liability matters.
