Spencer de Urioste is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  As a member of the Cybersecurity Breach & Litigation team, he helps clients navigate the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents including planning the response to an event and working with other experts to formulate a coordinated approach.

Mr. de Urioste received his B.S. from the University of Oregon in 2019 and his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2023.  While in law school, he was a Research Assistant to Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for Sports Law Executive Director Andrew Brandt and Chairperson of the Sports Law Negotiation Team.  Prior to joining C&W, he worked as a legal intern for an athlete management firm representing elite NFL players.

In his spare time, Mr. de Urioste enjoys playing golf and pickleball, hiking and camping, and following International Rugby and 49ers and Ducks football.
