Biography
Stephen H. Franko IV, Esquire, a Wyoming County, Pennsylvania native, is a graduate of Wilkes University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, and earned all-conference accolades as a collegiate wrestler.
Prior to law school, Mr. Franko worked in a clinical capacity for two hospitals, and building upon that experience attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he earned both his Juris Doctor and an advanced certificate in health law.
While in law school, Mr. Franko completed internships with two of America’s largest health systems focusing on liability and employment issues. He also clerked for both a medical malpractice and labor law firm.
He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lackawanna County Bar Association and the Wyoming County Bar Association.
Following, graduation from law school, Mr. Franko returned to Wyoming County where his practice focused on Oil & Gas law.
Mr. Franko has joined the firm’s Scranton office and will focus on litigation.
Mr. Franko resides in Wyoming County, and is active in his community, volunteering his time with several community organizations
