Stephen J. Fleury, Jr.

Stephen J. Fleury is an associate in the firm's Lancaster office.  He focuses his practice on all aspects of state and federal litigation involving claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and other employment laws.  Mr. Fleury also represents clients in both workers' compensation and unemployment matters before the Commonwealth's Department of Labor and Industry.

Stephen J. Prior to entering private practice, he was an Assistant Defender in both the Major Trials and Alternative Sentencing Units of the renowned Defender Association of Philadelphia.

Mr. Fleury is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Lancaster and American Bar Associations.

He received his B.A., cum laude, from Dickinson College in 2005 and his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in 2010.  While attending law school, Mr. Fleury served as Articles Editor of the Penn State Law Review.
