Steven Lewis, Esquire graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1992, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In 1995, Mr. Lewis received his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware.

Mr. Lewis has been practicing exclusively defense of worker’s compensation matters in New Jersey since 1997. His prior experience has included being an associate with a large regional defense firm where he was part of a statewide worker’s compensation defense practice. Prior to joining Cipriani and Werner, Mr. Lewis spent 7 years as staff counsel for a large national insurance company, in which he represented local and national employers in worker’s compensation matters throughout the state of New Jersey.

Mr. Lewis joined Cipriani and Werner as a senior associate concentrating his practice defending employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators in worker’s compensation matters throughout New Jersey.

A lifelong New Jersey resident, Mr. Lewis currently resides in Mullica Hill, New Jersey with his wife and daughter.
