Timothy G. Sullivan, Esquire, graduated from Grove City College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Psychology. Mr. Sullivan then earned a Masters Degree in Existential Phenomenology from Duquesne University in 1985 and his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in 1990.

Mr. Sullivan is a member of the firm’s Employers Rights Group with experience in workers’ compensation litigation and general insurance liability litigation, including product liability, motor vehicle and premises liability matters. He has also devoted a significant part of his practice to professional liability litigation including veterinarian malpractice. Finally, he also has experience in estate, construction and family law. Mr. Sullivan has contributed significantly to the efforts of the Pittsburgh Legal Aide Society by providing legal services to the Indigent Divorce Program and the Child Advocacy Program.

Mr. Sullivan is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Sullivan is also a past chairman of the Young Lawyers Section of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.

Mr. Sullivan resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
