Timothy G. Sullivan

Timothy G. Sullivan is a partner in the firm's Pittsburgh office.  He concentrates his practice in workers' compensation litigation matters.

Mr. Sullivan also has extensive experience in general insurance liability litigation, including product liability, motor vehicle and premises liability matters.  He has also devoted a significant part of his practice to professional liability litigation including veterinarian malpractice and has experience in estate, construction and family law.

Mr. Sullivan has contributed significantly to the efforts of the Pittsburgh Legal Aide Society by providing legal services to the Indigent Divorce Program and the Child Advocacy Program.  He is also a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, and is a past chairman of the Young Lawyers Section of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.

Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Sullivan graduated from Grove City College in 1984 with a B.A. in Business Administration and Psychology.  He then earned a Masters degree in Existential Phenomenology from Duquesne University in 1985 and his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1990.

Mr. Sullivan resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
