Victor J. Santoro

Victor J. Santoro graduated from St. Joseph’s University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In 2000, Mr. Santoro received his Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. Following law school, he was a law clerk for The Honorable Bernard Moore of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Following his clerkship, Mr. Santoro worked for a medium-sized Philadelphia firm specializing in workers’ compensation, but also handling general liability matters. Mr. Santoro litigated workers’ compensation cases for over seven years and handled arbitrations and civil jury trials. He is a member of all Pennsylvania State Courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Currently, his practice focuses solely on the representation of employers, insurance carriers, and administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation
