Cipriani & Werner is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Mark R. Hamilton as a partner in their litigation group. Mr. Hamilton is a well respected Trial Attorney and lecturer, and will be practicing in both the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia offices of C&W. Mr. Hamilton possesses over 25 years of litigation experience, primarily in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, commercial litigation, municipal and civil rights litigation, personal injury insurance law and general casualty litigation.

Mr. Hamilton also brings with him a team of accomplished liability associates, including; Attorney John M. Giunta, an alumni of Duquesne University School of Law who for the last twenty years had concentrated his practice on complex civil matters; Attorney Philip J. Sbrolla who earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2002 and Attorney Johnna D. Hutnick a 2003 J.D. graduate of the Villanova University School of Law.

In addition, the Pittsburgh Workers’ Compensation group welcomes Attorney Jessica L. Herndon. A 2004 Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Ms. Herndon was an articles editor for the Journal of Technology, Law & Policy and she published a scholarly work with the Oklahoma Journal of Law & Technology."
