Jeffrey T. McGuire, Esquire joins Cipriani & Werner PC as a partner in our Harrisburg Office concentrating his practice in representing professionals, their companies and their associations.  He handles professional licensing matters before all the boards governed by the Pennsylvania Board of Professional and Occupational Affairs.  He is a board certified civil trial advocate and is also certified in arbitration and mediation.  In his trial practice he has represented several insurance companies and their insureds in general litigation, accounting malpractice, legal malpractice, automobile, construction and other matters.  He also represents associations, including professional, trade and non-profits, like the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants
