  • Client’s van crossed center line and collided with a vehicle. Driver struck his head on steering wheel. He claimed permanent eye injury and damage to his retina. Defense verdict.
  • Rear end collision. Plaintiff claimed neuropsychiatric injuries. Demand $50,000. Offer $17,500. Verdict $17,500.
