Caitlin A. Donahue is an associate in the firm’s Lancaster office. She concentrates her practice in employment law, business formation and contracts, and workers’ compensation defense matters.

Ms. Donahue currently chairs the Labor and Employment Section of the Lancaster County Bar Association, and is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.  She also serves as a board member of The Mix and is a member of Lancaster Young Professionals.

Ms. Donahue is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.

While in law school, Ms. Donahue interned for the Governor’s Office of General Counsel, Pennsylvania State Police and the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, as well as several law firms in the Harrisburg area.

She received her B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and Government from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science Honor Society). Ms. Donahue received her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2019 where she was a Merit Scholar and Pro Bono Certificate Awardee. In addition, she was selected as a Student Mentor and Student Ambassador and was an active member of the Student Bar Association.
