Andrew W. Castillo is an associate in the firm’s Charleston office.  He represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation defense matters including personal injury, premises liability, employment, and defense of state and local governmental entities.

Andrew W. Castillo is an associate in the firm’s Charleston office.  He represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation defense matters including personal injury, premises liability, employment, and defense of state and local governmental entities.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Castillo worked for several Charleston area law firms where he gained valuable experience in a wide variety of civil litigation matters.  He also served as a staff attorney for Disability Rights of West Virginia where he developed aggressive advocacy strategies for his clients with disabilities.

Mr. Castillo is admitted to practice in West Virginia, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.

Mr. Castillo earned his B.A. in criminal justice from Marshall University in 2016 and his J.D., cum laude, from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2021.  He then returned to West Virginia to serve the community where he was raised.

At home, he enjoys spending time raising his son Henry with his wife Paige and his two cats.
