Darren L. Harrison

Darren L. Harrison is a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office.  With over 20 years of experience in insurance litigation, he concentrates his practice in insurance coverage, property and casualty claims, premises liability, construction defect litigation, contractual liability and indemnification, and subrogation.

Darren L. Harrison is a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office.  With over 20 years of experience in insurance litigation, he concentrates his practice in insurance coverage, property and casualty claims, premises liability, construction defect litigation, contractual liability and indemnification, and subrogation.

Mr. Harrison has extensive experience in representing clients in all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals.  He has successfully litigated before numerous courts across the country, including the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and has a number of reported decisions.  Mr. Harrison has served as national coordinating counsel for one of the largest property and casualty insurance companies and as Pennsylvania regional counsel for a national retail chain.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.  He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits.

Mr. Harrison received his B.A. from George Washington University in 1992 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1995, where he received an American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence.

He is active in his community where he serves as a volunteer firefighter.
