Dean Tetelman

Dean Tetelman is an associate in the firm’s Long Island, NY office.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex general liability, construction accidents [New York Labor Law sec. 240 and 241(6)], premises liability, product liability, commercial, and construction litigation.

Mr. Tetelman began working with Cipriani & Werner as a law clerk while completing his final semester of law school and was elevated to associate after passing the New York bar.

He regularly engages in all aspects of the defense of high exposure matters from inception through trial, including expert retention and consultation, discovery, conducting and defending depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.  Mr. Tetelman also has experience handling litigation under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”).

During law school, Mr. Tetelman worked directly under the General Counsel of Injective Labs, Inc., where he assisted in providing regulatory guidance regarding securitized investment products, derivatives, and digital assets.

Mr. Tetelman is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

He received his B.A. in Political Science & Government from Queens College in 2021 and.his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2024.
