Heather L. McCutcheon is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. She focuses her practice on general liability matters.

Ms. McCutcheon received her B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2011. While working full-time for Allegheny County Emergency Services, she attended law school at night and earned her J.D. from Duquesne University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2026. During law school, she also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Valerie Costanzo in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Judith Olson in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

In her free time, Heather enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy, and crocheting gifts for friends and family.
