Jennifer A. Lynch

Jennifer A. Lynch is a partner in the firm's Fairfax, Virginia and Charleston, West Virginia offices.  She focuses her practice on civil litigation including complex litigation matters.  Her areas of concentration include construction defect, premises liability, personal injury and governmental liability.  She represents corporations, individuals, and government entities in both state and federal court.

Jennifer A. Lynch is a partner in the firm's Fairfax, Virginia and Charleston, West Virginia offices.  She focuses her practice on civil litigation including complex litigation matters.  Her areas of concentration include construction defect, premises liability, personal injury and governmental liability.  She represents corporations, individuals, and government entities in both state and federal court.

Ms. Lynch is admitted to the West Virginia, Kentucky and Washington, D.C. bars, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Ms. Lynch was recognized as a West Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017, 2018 and 2019 in the areas of Civil Litigation Defense and Personal Injury Defense.  Her work includes serving as lead associate on a complex multimillion dollar construction defect case before the Mass Litigation Panel of West Virginia, representing clients against wrongful death claims, and representing clients in mass tort claims.

Ms. Lynch is a member of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Junior League of Washington, D.C.

Ms. Lynch graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2009, where she received a B.A. in English Literature.  She then obtained her J.D. from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 2012.  Additionally, she holds a Professional Certificate from Georgetown University in International Migration Studies.
