Melaina R. Hudack is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office, and she focuses her General Liability litigation practice on premises liability, motor vehicle, and product liability matters.  Ms. Hudack’s clients find her hard working, approachable, and willing to go out of her way to take care of their legal needs.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Hudack worked in the District Attorney’s Office in Chester County, PA, and at a plaintiff’s litigation firm, where she specialized in personal injury and premises liability.

Ms. Hudack earned her B.A. from the University of Delaware, where she was on the Dean’s list, and her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was on the senior staff of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.

When not practicing law, Ms. Hudack loves to spend time outdoors with her husband and her dog, Pepper.
