Nicklaus (Tayler) Houston

Nicklaus (Tayler) Houston is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office.  He concentrates his practice in family law and insurance defense litigation matters. Mr. Houston provides representation in all domestic relations issues including divorce, child custody, mediation, spousal support, and post-divorce issues.

Mr. Houston provides representation in all domestic relations issues including divorce, child custody, mediation, spousal support, and post-divorce issues. 

Mr. Houston received dual bachelor’s degrees in History and Honors Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville in 2017.  He went on to get his J.D., with honors, from Emory University in 2020.

While at Emory, he clerked for the Honorable Eleanor Ross of the Northern District of Georgia. He also placed third in the Seigenthaler-Sutherland Cup National First Amendment Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C.

He and his wife live in Atlanta.  In his spare time, Mr. Houston enjoys traveling, playing golf, and cheering on his Chelsea Blues.
