Salvatore A. Grimaldo is Of Counsel in the firm’s Long Island, NY office.  He concentrates his practice in general liability including construction accident cases filed under Labor Law 240, premises liability, product liability and motor vehicle matters.

Mr. Grimaldo has over 13 years of experience litigating general liability, construction site accident, New York Labor Law, premises liability, product liability, property damage, subrogation, dog bite and medical malpractice cases.

Prior to joining C&W, he worked as in-house counsel for several large insurance companies and was also a partner at a private firm. 

He is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Grimaldo received his B.A. from SUNY Stony Brook University in 2005.  While working as a paralegal, he attended law school at night and received his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2011.  He is fluent in Spanish.

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Grimaldo is an avid soccer player and coach/trainer.
