Sean R. Hutchinson is Of Counsel in the firm’s Long Island, NY office.  His focus as a litigator is primarily directed to appellate and dispositive motion practice in multiple areas including construction, premises liability, trucking accident, construction defect, and commercial contract disputes.

Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Hutchinson was a mechanical engineer in the employ of a pre-eminent New York City engineering consulting firm.  He uses the knowledge and problem-solving skills gained from his engineering background to consistently achieve outstanding results for his clients, particularly in construction, property damage, and trucking accident matters. 

Mr. Hutchinson is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York.

He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.

When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and volunteering at his local church.
